Proposed SEC Perspective =
Reinforcing the financial statements of publicly traded companies with video and audio. The audio visual database can be accessed by all prospective investors at any time (Real time and archives).
The regulators and investors can use Object Recognition Technology (ORT) to scan all the video content in the database. They can also scan all the audio for recordings ranging from the production facility to the sales force. Everything except for the Research & Development Divisions must be saved in the databases.
Corporate Perspective =
Management can monitor the statistics of both production and sales by scrutinizing the audio and video databases. Configuring the hardware and software to both stream, store, & scrutinize the databases. The configuration will allow for access to this content to be available online for international investors and Management except for The Research and Developmen Department. The R&D department is going to be exclusively for Upper management.
